Zegona Communications PLC announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2025, where all resolutions were duly passed. Valid votes were received for 194,623,764 ordinary shares, representing approximately 82.5% of the ordinary shares entitled to vote. Resolution 1 received 194,238,371 votes for, while Resolution 2 had 187,908,639 votes for and 2,046,563 against. Resolution 14 saw 185,213,425 votes for and 9,357,785 votes against.
