Two directors are also stepping down from the Board, Murray Scott and Mark Brangstrup Watts. This leaves Zegona with a more effective and efficient board structure with two Executive Directors and four fully independent Non-Executives.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n ·\n \n \n \n \n Suzi Williams will become the chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at the next AGM on 9th June 2020. In addition, Zegona intends to\n appoint one of its Non-Executives as a Senior Independent Director and expects to announce the appointment after its AGM.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n ·\n \n \n \n \n With these changes, all non-executive directors and all Board committees are fully independent.
