[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\nTSX Venture Symbol: CFL\n\n\nCALGARY, June 24, 2013 /CNW/ - CERF Incorporated (\"CERF\") announced\n today that the annual and special meeting of shareholders (the\n \"Meeting\") scheduled to be held on June 25, 2013, is being postponed as\n a result of the flooding in Calgary.\n\n\nThe Meeting has been postponed to 3:00PM (Calgary time) on Tuesday July 2, 2013. The meeting will be\n held at the offices of Borden, Ladner, Gervais LLP, at 1900, 520 - 3rd Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta, T2P 0R3. The record date for\n shareholders entitled to vote at the Meeting remains the close of\n business on May 24th, 2013, as described in the Notice of Annual and Special Meeting of\n Shareholders dated May 25, 2013. The agenda for the Meeting remains\n unchanged from that originally published.\n\n\nCERF is a Canadian public corporation engaged in the rental, sale and\n service of industrial, construction and oilfield equipment and waste\n management and environmental services.
