[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nTSX Venture Symbol: CFL.UN\n\n\nCALGARY, Dec. 12 /CNW/ - The board of directors of the general partner\nfor Canadian Equipment Rental Fund Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), is\npleased to announce that, they have approved a cash distribution to the\nPartnership unitholders of $0.16 per unit. This distribution will bring the\ntotal distributions in 2008 to $0.64 per unit. Payment will be made on or\nabout January 12, 2009, to unitholders of record as of the close of business\non December 31, 2008.\n\n\nInvestors are cautioned that future distributions are always subject to\napproval from the board of directors of the general partner and may be\nincreased, decreased or suspended by the board at any time.\n\n\nPartners are reminded that taxes based on the income of the Partnership\nare the responsibility of the individual partners. Each unit holder is\nresponsible for reporting their share of the Partnership's taxable income on\ntheir individual tax returns. Taxable income is unrelated to the amount of\ndistributions paid in the year and differs from book income.\n\n\nEach partner who was a unit holder of record at any of the 2008\ndistribution dates will receive, by mail in March of 2009, a form T5013 from\nthe Partnership's Transfer Agent or the partner's brokerage firm. The T5013\nindicates the amount of taxable income the partner is responsible to report.\n\n\nCERFLP is a Canadian limited partnership engaged in the rental, sale and\nservice of industrial and construction equipment.
