Zalemark announces new officer appointments at their annual board meeting October 8^th, 2015

Zalemark Holding Company, Inc. announces its results of annual board meeting and new appointments held October 8^th, 2015. Steven Zale, Zalemark’s outgoing CEO states, “I’m so proud of the team we have kept assembled, they have persevered with tremendous success and talent against all challenges.  Their limitless sweat equity into moving Zalemark into a position of dramatic changes is nothing short of amazing.  Now my passion to pursue and concentrate on designing and manufacturing has come true!”  Steven Zale took over the position temporarily to structure institutional financing for the roll out of Zalemarks global brands. Steven Zale will remain as honorary Chairman Emeritus (a non-officer, non-director position).   Raymond Ruiz will be promoted to CEO; Ernest Martel will be promoted to COO, Caren Currier, Secretary/Treasurer, Jeff Ringer, EVP Marketing, and Hie Su Moon VP of New Business development. Zalemark is currently courting several industry icons to fill position of President to be announced soon.  Additionally, Zalemark is expected to announce some positive material changes under separate cover.
