Zalemark welcomesnew Directors and Officers as follows: Scott Prowse, Chairman ScottProwse has over 35 years of experience running businesses. Scott has worked forthe top real estate developers in Silicon Valley, running projects buildingcorporate campuses for fortune 500 companies in the San Francisco bayarea. He received his General Building,General Engineering and Real Estate licenses and started his own construction/developmentcompanies, building high-end residentialestates for some of Silicon Valley's top CEO's and Venture Capitalists. He has been involved with Zalemark since 2010as a major investor, shareholder and consultant. Ernest Martel, Member Ernest Martel has over 40 years of management and fundingraising experiences in video, medical and technology industries. He was VicePresident of Business Development for Pacific Charter Financial ServicesCorporation. From 1996-2000, as Executive Director of Excel Communications, hemanaged over 1,200 representatives in the United States of America, Canada, andUnited Kingdom, implementing trainingcourse for new recruits. Ron Chavez, Member Ron Chavez attended San Diego StateUniversity-School of Business, earning a BS in Business Management, with aminor in Psychology. He is currently a Mortgage Banker with Carrington MortgageServices in Thousand Oaks, CA and has worked for Bank of America in 2011. He firstinvested with Zalemark in 2007.
