[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 6281H Yu Group PLC 14 March 2018 \n\nYü Group PLC\n(the \"Group\" or \"Company\")\nExercise of Options\n \nYü Group PLC (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas and electricity to the UK corporate sector, announces that Nick Parker, Finance Director, has today exercised 500,000 share options, under the Yü Group PLC Employee Share Option Plan, at an exercise price of £0.09 (\"Option Shares\"). Following the exercise, Nick Parker is interested in 521,605 Ordinary Shares and holds options over 105,480 Ordinary Shares.\n \nApplication for admission\nThe Group has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") of 500,000 new Ordinary Shares, (\"New Shares\"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 21 March 2018. The New Shares will, on admission, rank pari passu with the Group's existing Ordinary Shares.
