Simon has a strong track record of delivering sales growth through innovative solutions across a range of industries including energy, telecoms, procurement and IT. He is a proven leader, with a passion for creating a high-performance culture amongst his teams, enabling over-achievement against targets in what are naturally competitive markets.\n \nMost recently, Simon has been running his own company, providing software as a service along with consultancy and analytics solutions to improve business procurement practices. Prior to that, Simon was the Commercial Director of Utilyx Ltd (now part of Mitie PLC), a supplier of energy procurement and price risk management services to the corporate sector.\n \nSimon's appointment coincides with ongoing investment being made by the Group across its sales activities.
