[{"type":"text","content":"\n YTL Hospitality REIT's revenue increased by 6% to RM149.1 million for the 3 months ended 31 March 2026 compared to RM141.1 million for the corresponding 3 months ended 31 March 2025. Net property income (NPI) increased 6% to RM84.9 million for the quarter under review compared to RM79.7 million for the same quarter last year, whilst income available for distribution increased 9% to RM28.6 million for the current quarter, compared to RM26.2 million for the corresponding quarter last year.\n \n \n Tan Sri (Sir) Francis Yeoh Sock Ping, Executive Chairman of Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd, the Manager of YTL Hospitality REIT, said, \"The hotel segment's performance improved in the current quarter driven by stronger room demand, supported by a robust calendar of major entertainment and sporting events along with the growth in group and cruise-related business.\n \n \n \"The improved average room rates and effective cost management contributed to the higher revenue and NPI compared to the corresponding quarter in the previous year.
