Young & Co.'s Brewery, P.L.C. has purchased 7,678 Non-voting ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 600.00 pence per share on 02 December 2025, as part of its share buyback programme. These purchased shares will be cancelled, resulting in a revised total of 24,010,532 Non-voting Shares and 38,026,087 A Shares in issue.
