Appointment of Ian Dyson as a Non-Executive Director

 

The Board of Young's is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Dyson as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 2 September 2024.

 

Ian Dyson is currently Chair of the Board at Currys plc and a Non-Executive Director of JD Sports Fashion plc. He has a strong track record across consumer facing industries and public company boards. He was Chairman and before that Senior Independent Director at ASOS plc, Senior Independent Director at Flutter Entertainment plc and a Non-Executive Director of Intercontinental Hotels Group plc and SSP Group plc. During his executive career, he was Group Finance and Operations Director of Marks & Spencer Group plc, Chief Executive of Punch Taverns plc and Group Finance Director of Rank Group plc.
