[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 6768G\n YouGov PLC\n 26 November 2020\n \n \n \n \n 26 November 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n YouGov plc (\"YouGov\" or \"the Company\")\n \n \n Director Dealings, Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights\n \n \n \n \n \n YouGov plc, the international research and data analytics group, announces that it was notified on 25 November 2020 that Stephan Shakespeare, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, exercised 2,593,473 share options over Ordinary Shares in the Company and sold 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £9.25 per Ordinary Share as detailed in the below tables, for personal financial planning and tax purposes and other contributions due in respect of the release of the shares. Following these transactions, Mr Shakespeare's beneficial interest in the Company has increased from 6.9% to 8.0% of the Company's issued share capital, with his new total beneficial interest being 8,811,029 Ordinary Shares. \n \n \n \n \n \n Issue of equity\n \n \n \n \n \n Following this exercise of share options, application has been made for the admission of \n 2,593,473 \n new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM with admission anticipated to be on \n 1 December\n 2020. \n \n \n \n \n \n Total voting rights\n \n \n \n \n \n Following the issue of these new Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue is\n 111,184,807.\n No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The above figure includes 980,152 Ordinary Shares that are held by the YouGov Employee Benefit Trust in order to satisfy awards under the Company's employee share schemes.
