Appointment of Corporate Brokers and Nominated Advisor

YouGov plc, the international research and data analytics group, is pleased to announce the appointments of J.P. Morgan Securities plc (which conducts its UK investment banking activities as J.P. Morgan Cazenove) as the Company's joint corporate broker and sole Nominated Advisor and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc ("Morgan Stanley") as the Company's joint corporate broker, alongside the Group's existing joint corporate broker, Berenberg, both with immediate effect.
