(the "Company")\n(TSX.V: NET) is pleased to announce that the Phase I Exploration Program at\nPistala - the Company's Peruvian property - scheduled to commence December 4,\n2008, has started ahead of schedule. Timing for Caldera's drill program is\nstill being determined, as date negotiations with Chilean drillers continue.\n\n\n"We are still waiting for the drillers to determine timing for Caldera's\nupcoming drill program. Due to the high demand for drilling outfits in\nSouth America, these discussions have been lengthy, however we expect a drill\ndate to be announced soon," states Richard Schnoor, Director of International\nOperations. "The commencement of Pistala's Phase I exploration program is very\nexciting, as Network's Senior Geologist, Marco Fernandez-Concha, a 25-year\nveteran of exploration in South America, has identified Pistala as a possible\ncopper porphyry target."\n\n\nMr. Fernandez-Concha, former Head Geologist of Latin America for\nTeck Exploration and South American Exploration Manager for Noranda, is\nleading the Exploration team at Pistala.
