(the \"Company\")\n(TSX.V: NET.H) (US: NETYF.PK) is pleased to announce that its phase II\nexploration program for its Caldera property is scheduled to commence on\nFebruary 5 and is designed to test the gold and copper presence on the\nexisting and newly acquired claims at Caldera - a gold and copper porphyry\nproperty in region III Chile.\n\n\nNetwork's phase II exploration program will concentrate on the gold and\ncopper zones already identified from its phase I exploration program in\nNovember and will test the adjoining area recently acquired to the north and\neast of the property to better define Caldera's geological composition.\nPrevious exploration performed by Noranda in their 1994-1995 exploration\nprogram has reported highly anomalous gold and copper assay values in these\nregions.\n\n\nThe program will consist of approximately 2,000 meters of excavator\ntrench-work from which approximately 200 samples will be removed at 10 meter\nintervals. This program will also sample approximately 400 test pits and\nre-map the recently claimed areas. The resulting data from this program will\nbe used to help pinpoint drill targets for Network's upcoming drill program.\n\n\nDirector Mr. Richard Schnoor states: \"This program will further prepare\nus for our upcoming drill program at Caldera and will help define and\nsubstantiate the gold and copper targets on the property. We are very excited\nto be approaching the drilling stage of exploration.\"\n\n\nNetwork's phase II exploration program will be led by senior geologist\nMr. Marco Fernandez-Concha who will supervise a six man team over a two week\nperiod.
