(the "Company")\n(TSX.V: NET) is pleased to announce that Pistala's Phase I Exploration Program\nis scheduled to commence December 4th, 2007.\n\n\nPhase I will consist of a series of detailed mapping, soil, and rock\nsampling, designed to obtain a general understanding of the geological\nfeatures at Pistala. Approximately 100 samples will be taken from the property\nfrom selected outcrops and anomalies targeted by senior geologist Mr. Marco\nFernandez-Concha. Data from Phase I will help define targets for subsequent\ntrenching, test pit, and drilling phases of exploration.\n\n\nThe Pistala project is a 1600 hectare copper prospect located east of the\nmajor NW-SE trending Incapquio fault system in Southern Peru. It inhabits the\nsame metallogenic belt region as other world class deposits, of which include\nthe Cuajone, Cerro Verde/Santa Rosa, and Topuepala mines.
