(the "Company")\n(TSX.V: NET), further to the Company's news release issued June 4, 2008,\nannouncing a private placement of up to $1,500,000 at $0.10 per unit, the\nCompany has, subject to regulatory approval, amended the terms of the private\nplacement as follows: the Company will offer a maximum of 15,000,000 Units at\na price of 5 cents per Unit for proceeds of up to $750,000. Each Unit will\nconsist of one common share of the Company and one full share purchase\nWarrant, where each Warrant will allow the subscriber to purchase one\nadditional common share of the Company at either 10 cents during the first\nyear following the closing of the private placement or at 15 cents during the\nsecond year following the closing of the private placement.\n\n\nIn the event that the Company's common shares trade at a closing price on\nthe TSX Venture Exchange of greater than 30 cents per share for a period of 20\nconsecutive trading days at any time after four months and one day following\nthe closing date, the Company may accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants\nby giving notice to the holders thereof and in such case the Warrants will\nexpire on the 30th day after the date of such notice.\n\n\nUnits issued will be subject to a four-month hold period following the\nclosing of the private placement. Proceeds from this offering will be used for\nexploration of the Company's properties, working capital and general corporate\npurposes.
