(the "Company") (TSX.V: NET.H) is pleased to announce the appointment of\nMr. Robert Friesen to the Company's Board of Directors.\n\n\nMr. Friesen is a prominent mining consultant having over 40 years of\nmining and exploration experience. He has served several major and junior\ncorporations, including five years with Teck Exploration Ltd. and 17 years\nwith the Noranda group. Mr. Friesen has extensive experience in underground\nand open pit mining operations, mine area exploration, and the development of\nprojects from pre-feasibility through production.\n\n\nDuring his term with Teck Exploration, Mr. Friesen served as Project\nGeologist at the Alaskan Niblack joint venture project and the Alaskan Pogo\nMine (gold) feasibility project. With the Noranda group, he served as Chief\nGeologist of Ontarios's Geco Mine (copper, zinc, silver) and as Chief\nGeologist at the Samatosum Mine (silver, copper, lead, zinc, gold) located in\nBritish Columbia.\n\n\nMr. Friesen has worked with a number of multi-scaled open pit and\nunderground mining projects including British Columbia's Mount Copeland Mine\n(molybdenite), Ontario's Golden Giant Mine (gold), Ontario's Musselwhite Mine\n(gold), Australia's Frances Creek Mine (iron), Fiji's Emperor Mine (gold), and\nmost recently at an advanced copper-gold exploration program in the Afton camp\nin British Columbia.
