(the "Company")\n(TSX.V: NET.H) is pleased to announce that further to its news release on\nSeptember 11, 2007 the Company has met all conditions required by the TSX for\nTier 2 graduation. Commencing September 17, 2007 at market open, the shares of\nNetwork Exploration will begin trading under the new ticker symbol "NET" on\nthe TSX Venture Exchange.\n\n\n"I am very pleased to see Network listed on the TSX-Venture Exchange as\nwe now have a solid platform on which the Company can grow," states company\nPresident Mr. Alexander Helmel. "We are excited to move forward with our\nexploration program at our South American projects and we will be pursuing\npossible acquisition opportunities to continue developing Network."\n\n\nThe Company is preparing for its upcoming drill program at its Caldera\ngold and copper project in Chile. Senior geologist Mr. Marco Fernandez-Concha\n(formerly of Teck Exploration) will supervise a diamond drill program designed\nto test the mineral presence at depth in the gold and copper zones at Caldera.\n\n\nA two-phase drill program has been recommended by independent Geological\nEngineer Mr. Peter Folk after a comprehensive review of all available\nexploration data. As reported May 31, 2007, results from the Company's recent\ntrench and test pit program indicated widespread near-surface copper averaging\nup to .48% copper over 10 meter lengths. Additionally, trench N15, located on\nthe North East side of Caldera, revealed two 35m sections averaging .43 g/t\ngold. As gold assays around the property have shown anomalous results of up to\n6.6 g/t gold (reported August 2006), this newly discovered gold zone will be\ntargeted in the Company's drill program.\n\n\nThe Company also expects to be commencing first phase exploration at its\nPeruvian Pistala copper project.
