(the "Company")\n(TSX.V: NET) is pleased to announce that Caldera's 1500 meter reverse\ncirculation drill program has commenced as scheduled.\n\n\nResults from the Company's 2007 trenching and sampling program identified\na number of gold and copper anomalies on the property. From these results and\nhistorical IP data, six locations have been chosen to test subsurface\nmineralization to depths of up to 250 meters. The drill program is expected to\nrun until approximately mid-February.\n\n\nThe Caldera project is located in the mineral rich Huasco province, in\nthe Atacama Region (region III) of Chile. The property is approximately 150km\nNE of the city of La Serena and consists of 17 mineral concessions covering\n2400 hectares at elevations between 2500 and 2800 meters. Highlights from the\nCompany's recent trench and test pit program indicate widespread near-surface\ncopper averaging up to .48% copper over 10 meter lengths with 150 meters of\n1921ppm copper, 180 meters of 1628ppm copper, 170 meters of 1311ppm copper and\ntwo 35 meter sections averaging 0.43g/t gold.\n\n\nPISTALA UPDATE:\n\n\nThe first phase of exploration led by Senior Geologist Marco\nFernandez-Concha has been completed and 96 samples have been submitted to ALS\nChemex Laboratories in Lima, Peru for analysis. This initial phase of\nexploration was designed to provide a general understanding of the geological\nfeatures of the Company's 1600 hectare project in southern Peru.
