(OTCMKTS: YIPI) (\"Yippy\" or the \"Company\"), an enterprise data unification company known for its leading search and insight driven Yippy EASE 360 platform, announced today that the Company has entered into an advisory agreement with Robert E. Aber to serve as an advisor to the Company's Board of Directors.\n\nMr. Aber spent approximately thirty years with the Nasdaq Stock Market (\"NASDAQ\") and the National Association of Securities Dealers (the predecessor regulatory organization to FINRA), serving in various roles including Executive Director and Senior Vice President of NASDAQ's Corporate Client Group; Senior Vice President, Regulations and Controls Group; and Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary (NASDAQ). \n\nMr. Aber also served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Skarven Enterprises, Inc., a software development company and subsidiary/predecessor entity to Kestrel Enterprises Inc.
