Marc has headed up executive transition teams for McGraw-Hill, Times Mirror, Thomson Learning (a division of Thomson Company) and most recently Gale Cengage which was purchased from the Thomson Company (now Thomson Reuters) for 7.75 billion dollars by Apax Partners and OMERS Capital Partners. He also assisted in the transition of the educational business units from Times Mirror and McGraw-Hill where he supported college and K12 businesses that generated over $1.7 billion dollars in annual revenue at the time.
