YITD Announces Acquisition

Yinhang Internet Technologies Development Inc. (OTC PINK:YITD)  (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that M-Dragon Industrial Ltd. www.m-dragon-world.com/enghome has acquired 70% Fu Wah Medicine Company Ltd. http://hkfuwah.com/en on September 20, 2018.  The Company plans to raise $20,000,000 USD in exchange for the Company’s convertible debt.  This will help to expand future growth of Fu Wah Medicine Company and allow the Company to execute its business plan.

YITD is a diversified investment corporation. The Company is actively seeking a select portfolio of strategic investments, which are based on market trends and their ability to deliver strong returns to shareholders while enhancing the communities in which the investments are located.
