Ireland as Senior Vice-President, Organizational Effectiveness and Stephen K. Smith as Senior Vice-President, Profitable Growth. Mr. Smith resigned from the Board upon his appointment to the management team.\n\nRob Hall – Rob Hall has been serving as Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Hibu Group, a business providing digital marketing services and print advertising to small and medium enterprise customers, since March 2014. Mr. Hall joined Hibu in 2003 and held several roles in the United Kingdom and the United States. Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from the University of Swansea, United Kingdom and is a Chartered Management Accountant.\n\nPaul W.
