Variation of Cease Trade Order 

Yangtze River Development Limited 
(formerly Kirin International Holding, Inc.) 

Sections 164 and 171 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 


¶ 1 On June 22, 2012, the Executive Director ordered, under section 164(1) of the Act, that all trading in the securities of Kirin International Holding, Inc. cease until it files the required records and the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order. 

¶ 2 Effective January 13, 2016, Kirin International Holding, Inc. changed its name to Yangtze River Development Limited. 

¶ 3 Yangtze River Development Limited has not filed the required records and the Executive Director has not made an order under section 164 of the Act revoking the cease trade order. 

¶ 4 Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director varies the order to reflect the change of name from Kirin International Holding, Inc. to Yangtze River Development Limited.
