US-2009-0171966-A1.\n\n\nYANGAROO has already obtained U.S. and Canadian patents for its Content\nDistribution System and Method, including U.S. patent no. 7,529,712 that was\nissued May 5, 2009. A continuation patent application is a mechanism available\nunder the U.S. patent system to pursue additional claims in a second patent\napplication. YANGAROO's continuation patent application no. 12/398,238\ncontains 29 claims and benefits from the same 2002 priority date as the\noriginal patent application.\n\n\nIn summary, the claims in the continuation patent application are\ndirected to distributing digital music to registered recipients who request\naccess to the server and who are included in a distribution list specifying\nwhich registered users can access the digital music.
