YANGAROO wins ruling in injunction case against Destiny Media

(OTC:DSNY).\nYANGAROO is suing Destiny for patent infringement in the United States and\nseeks an injunction against the sale and use of Destiny's PlayMPE system.\n\n\nYANGAROO filed the infringement claim following the grant of its United\nStates patent No. 7,529,712, titled "Content Distribution System and Method"\nin May 2009. This patent covers a method of distributing digital content, such\nas music and advertising, to selected individuals over a network, including\nthe Internet. The claim was filed in the United States Federal District Court\nin Wisconsin against Destiny Media Technologies Inc. (OTC:DSNY), as well as\nDestiny Software Productions, Inc., and MPE Distribution, Inc. In addition to\nrequesting an injunction, the claim requests the payment of unspecified\ndamages for patent infringement and other costs to be determined at trial.\n\n\n"We are very pleased that the court has moved swiftly to rule in our\nfavor on this motion," said John Heaven, President and CEO of YANGAROO.
