Wojtek Hoch is leaving the position of Vice President\nTechnology after five years with the company to pursue other opportunities.\n\n\nRichard Klosa brings more than a decade of technology development and\nmanagement experience as an entrepreneur and digital media innovator to the\nYANGAROO team. In his previous role as Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder\nof J!VE Media Technologies Inc., Richard led his team to a 2002 Canadian New\nMedia Award for 'Most Promising Company' and recognition from the Branham\nGroup as one of the Top 25 Up and Comers. Richard led the development of one\nof the first enterprise level digital rights and content syndication systems\nfor digital media assets through decentralized and peer based networks and\nauthored a definitive book on the subject entitled "Building A Working Revenue\nModel For The Digital Distribution Of Copyrighted Media" (1999).\n\n\nMore recently, as the Vice President of Technology at Cubic Health Inc.,\nRichard architected and led the development of the 'Cubic Health Canadian Drug\nDatabase(TM)', a comprehensive reporting and analytics system designed to aid\nCanadian employers in managing their prescription drug benefit. Over the past\nfour years, Richard has also focused on several leading edge proof-of-concept\ndevelopment projects, including an MPEG-4 based Micro-Payment client/server\napplication, an Open Media Distribution Server, and an Automated Media\nCataloging & Tracking solution utilizing the MPEG-7 framework. Richard\ngraduated from Ryerson University's Radio & Television arts program with an\nHonours B.A.A. and is a certified PMP and Solutions Developer.
