The oil and\ngas leases have been acquired by Exxel Energy (USA) Inc. (\"Exxel\"), a wholly\nowned subsidiary of the Company.\nExxel recently acquired oil and gas mineral rights to 60,900 acres in the\nColumbia River Basin. The acquisition increases Exxel's total leasehold\nposition in the Columbia River Basin to over 142,500 acres.
