Under the agreement the Company granted to Drawone Pty\nLimited a royalty set at 1% of the sales revenue of the Company generated by the\nsale of oil, gas and any related petroleum product from certain Australian\nexploration permits acquired by the Company from Intermin Resources Limited. The\nroyalty agreement and the acquisition of the exploration permits are described\nin the Company's AIM admission document dated 20 January 2006.
