[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n\nTORONTO, May 7, 2013 /CNW/ - Patagonia Gold Plc (TSX: PAT, AIM: PGD) today announced that on May 3, 2013, Carlos\n Miguens, chairman of the Company, bought 7,000,000 shares at 13 pence\n per share.  Following the transaction, Mr. Miguens is interested in\n 125,072,109 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company,\n representing 14.62 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.\n\n\nAbout Patagonia Gold \n\n\nPatagonia Gold Plc is a mining company that seeks to grow shareholder\n value through exploration, development and production of gold and\n silver projects in the southern Patagonia region of Argentina.
