Following the termination of that agreement in 2012, those shareholders failed to return shares that had been issued to them. As a result, the Company sought judicial relief to cancel and return these shares to the treasury.\r\n The Court has now rendered its judgment in favor of the Company, resulting in the cancellation of 15,240,000 common shares.
