Aisling will join the XPS Audit & Risk, Remuneration, Nomination and Sustainability Committees.\n \n \n \n \n \n Aisling Kennedy is an experienced Irish qualified actuary, with a wealth of experience across consulting, insurance companies and professional bodies. Until 2020, Aisling was Head of Life & Health Pricing UK at Swiss Re. Aisling is Non-Executive Director at State Street Fund Services (Ireland) where she chairs the Audit Committee, Athora Ireland plc where she chairs the Audit Committee, ECCU Assurance Company where she chairs the Risk Committee, White Horse Insurance Ireland and the Irish Auditing and Accounting Supervisory Authority. Aisling is also Chair of Irish charity MABS Support CLG.\n \n \n \n \n \n Alan Bannatyne, Chairman of XPS Pensions Group plc said \"We are delighted to welcome Aisling to our Board.
