He was heavily involved in its expansion, growing its international presence to over 12 countries and ensured its continued profitability through the downturn. He led two significant international acquisitions in Hungary and Germany, the latter being a transformational deal for the company. He was also Finance Director of Artilium plc, an AIM listed developer of software for mobile virtual network operators, where he was instrumental in further corporate transactions.\n \nIn his earlier career Chris qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse before spending two years as a management accountant with WPP Group plc and nine years at the Telstar Entertainment Group where he rose to become Deputy Group Finance Director. \n \nMore recently, as a consultant over the past two years, Chris has advised a number of companies including a mobile virtual network operator and supplier of international calling cards.\n \nChris has extensive investor relations experience and with Flomerics was winner of the AIM award for Best Communications.
