IFX Power PLC 23 August 2001 IFX Power plc ('IFX' or 'the Company') Appointment of non-executive director The Company is pleased to announce that on 22 August 2001 Richard Sakakeeny was appointed to the Board as a non- executive director. Richard, 52, has extensive experience in the power supply industry, is currently President and Founder of WTS Inc and was previously President and Founder of IPS Inc. As well as providing his specialist experience to the Board, he will also serve on the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Larry Tracey, Chief Executive Officer, said, 'I'm delighted to welcome someone of Richard's calibre to the Board. Richard's expertise, particularly in relation to sourcing power supplies from the Far East, will be a valuable addition to the Board and assist with the continued development of the Group.'
