Trading Update
Xeros Technology Group plc announced strong progress in its Laundry Care technology with a Launch Agreement partner, anticipating further commercial agreements in 2026, and expects its external Microfibre Filter, XF3, to see its first two purchase orders for production runs imminently. In Garment Finishing, a Xeros-enabled machine has been delivered to Ambition Apparel, with further orders expected this year, alongside installations in Turkey, Egypt, and Bangladesh. While revenue for the year ended 31 December 2025 will be below market expectations due to delayed XOrbs shipment and revenue recognition complexities, with SG&A slightly above expectations due to fundraising and staff costs, the outlook for 2026 remains positive, with revenue primarily from royalties and technology transfer fees.
