[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8251H Xeros Technology Group plc 22 May 2014 \n \n\n22 May 2014\nXeros Technology Group plc\n(\"Xeros\" or the \"Company\")\nISSUE OF SHARES\n \nThe Company has issued and allotted 100,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of options at an exercise price of 10.8 pence per ordinary share. \n \nAccordingly, application has been made for the 100,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 28 May 2014. \n \nThe new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. \n \nFollowing Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 65,173,549 ordinary shares with one voting right per share. No shares are held in Treasury.
