As previously stated, the Board intends to appoint a further independent Non-Executive Director and that process remains ongoing.\n \n \n \n \n \n In light of the above, David Armfield will become Chairman of the Audit Committee. David Baynes has agreed to make himself available to assist the Audit Committee through the FY22 audit process to ensure an orderly handover.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Klaas de Boer, Chairman of Xeros commented:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \"On behalf of the entire company, I want to thank David Baynes for his very valuable contributions over the past four years, and his ongoing support for the FY22 audit process.
