Crowe's re-appointment as auditor for the subsequent financial year will be formally proposed to shareholders at the Company's next Annual General Meeting in 2024.\n \nGrant Thornton UK LLP (\"Grant Thornton\") has been the Auditor for Xeros Technology Group plc since 2019 and the Company's Board of Directors extends its appreciation to Grant Thornton for their services.
