Xeros Technology Group plc announced that independent Non-Executive Director Rachel Nooney will step down on February 28, 2026, to focus on other commitments after four and a half years of service. The Board, currently comprising two executives and two independent non-executives, remains compliant with the QCA Code of Governance but intends to appoint a new independent Non-Executive Director in due course.
