[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 2451O\n Xaar PLC\n 06 October 2021\n \n \n \n \n Xaar plc\n \n \n Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting\n \n \n Further to Xaar's (the \"Company\") announcement today the Company is pleased to announce that the circular in relation to the proposed divestment of the Company's remaining interest in Xaar 3D (the \"Transaction\") (the \"Circular\") has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and will be posted to Shareholders later today.\n \n \n The Transaction is subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders.
