Adjusted aPBT, Revenue and relative TSR performance will be used to measure performance over a three-year period to 31 December 2027 with a further two-year holding period following the end of the performance period (for the executive directors). As for 2024, given the turnaround position of the Company, the Board considers the aPBT and Revenue performance targets for the LTIP awards to be granted in 2025 to be commercially sensitive information at this time but, as in past years, will fully disclose the exact measurements retrospectively.
