[{"type":"text","content":"\n Wynnstay Properties PLC\n26 July 2007\n\n26 July 2007\n\n\n Wynnstay Properties PLC (the 'Company')\n\n Result of AGM Resolutions\n\n Directorate Changes\n\nAll resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of Wynnstay Properties\nPLC held today were duly passed.\n\nAs foreshadowed at the interim stage last November and confirmed in the Report\nof the Directors issued to shareholders earlier this month, Peter Kirkland\nretired today as the Company's Finance Director and will relinquish the role of\nCompany Secretary on 3 August 2007, when he will be succeeded in both these\nroles by Toby Parker.\n\nToby, aged 52, is a Chartered Accountant, having trained with Moore Stephens.\nSince qualifying, he has held various senior financial and commercial positions\nin both public and private companies in the UK and abroad. He has gained\nextensive experience advising, and working for, small and medium-sized\nbusinesses in a diverse range of manufacturing, retail, leisure, shipping and\nservice sectors.\n\nToby James Carson Parker has the following directorships:\n\nCurrent Directorships\n\nTycell Limited\nInterim Financial Management Limited\n\nPast Directorships\n\nDennis Davidson Associates Limited\nHighwood Consultants Limited\n\nReceiverships, Creditors Voluntary Liquidations and Administrations\n\nH.M.G.
