[{"type":"text","content":"\n Wynnstay Properties PLC\n17 February 2006\n\n17 February 2006\n\n\n\n Wynnstay Properties PLC (the 'Company')\n\n Appointment of Managing Director\n\n\n\nWynnstay Properties PLC announces that Christopher Paul Williams MBA BSc MRICS\nhas been appointed Managing Director of the Company with effect from 20 February\n2006 in succession to Michael Cheesmer who retires from the Company on that date\nafter 20 years' service.\n\n\n\nPaul Williams is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a degree in land management from\nthe University of Reading and a masters in business administration from the Open\nUniversity. He has spent his entire career in commercial property including a\nfourteen year period with MEPC where he was a senior property manager, and\nsubsequently deputy regional director in London and then estates director with\ndirect responsibility for a major business park. He has also worked for Lloyds\nBank, Legal & General, GE Pensions and Credit Suisse Asset Management where he\ngained considerable property asset management experience, including sourcing,\nacquiring and disposing of investments throughout the UK. Latterly he has\nworked for a privately-owned property company managing a sizeable industrial\nproperty portfolio, preparing it for sale and successfully directing this\nprocess.\n\n\n\nPaul, aged 48, is married with three children and lives in Hertfordshire. His\nhobbies include coaching rugby, having previously played for many years at\nLondon Welsh R.F.C.\n\n\n\nPhilip Collins, Chairman said:\n\n'Paul brings a wealth of property expertise to Wynnstay and I am confident that\nhe will make a vital contribution to the further enhancement of shareholder\nvalue.
