In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company provides the following update regarding the total number of voting rights in the Company.

The Company's issued share capital now consists of 22,986,580 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), and there are no shares held in treasury.
