("Aquapraxis") and Hirschfield Williams\n Timmins Ltd. ("HWT"), two specialized engineering firms. HWT is a\n Victoria, British Columbia, based full service mechanical engineering\n firm specialized in building systems. Aquapraxis is a niche firm based\n in Laval, Québec, which offers recognized expertise in the areas of\n urban hydrology, urban networks and water resource management.
