GENIVAR Income Fund Announces November Distribution and a Special One-time Distribution

[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nMONTREAL, Nov. 21 /CNW Telbec/ - GENIVAR Income Fund (TSX: GNV.UN)\nannounced today that its monthly cash distribution of $0.0833 per Fund unit\ncovering the period from November 1 to November 30, 2007, will be paid on\nDecember 17, 2007 to unitholders of record at the close of business on\nNovember 30, 2007.\n\n\nThe Fund also announced today that a quarterly cash distribution of $0.25\nper Subordinated LP Unit covering the period from July 1st, 2007 to September\n30, 2007 was paid to holders of Subordinated LP Units of record at the close\nof business on September 30, 2007\n\n\nFurthermore, the Fund is pleased to declare a one-time special cash\ndistribution of $0.30 per Fund unit payable on December 17, 2007 to\nunitholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2007.
