"Thanks to\nits full range of mechanical and electrical building engineering services, the\nfirm will strengthen GENIVAR's current team in this discipline, including our\ngreen building centre of excellence. In addition to developing building\nsustainable development skills, Progemes has designed a number of buildings\nthat require less energy and natural resources to operate, thereby reducing\ngreenhouse gas emissions. These include Logistik Unicorp Inc.'s plant in\nSaint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, which is in the process of receiving LEED Gold\ncertification, along with various buildings in the education sector designed\nfor optimal energy performance and user comfort via the integration of\ngeothermal and solar technology."\n\n\n"We are very happy to be part of GENIVAR, one of the most dynamic\nengineering firms in Canada," said Real Theriault, President of Progemes.
