GENIVAR acquires ISAC, a firm specializing in automated system integration

MONTREAL, Oct. 5, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - GENIVAR Inc. (TSX: GNV) ("GENIVAR") is pleased to announce the acquisition of ISACTION Inc. ("ISAC"), a Quebec-based firm specializing in industrial automation integration. The transaction that adds 40 people to GENIVAR's workforce nicely complements the recent Dakins acquisition in Ontario, as it positions GENIVAR as a Canadian leader in the field of automation systems.
