View the full release here: https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20250414392454/en/WSFS Bank has named Kate McGlinchey as Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer.\nReporting to WSFS Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, Christine Davis, McGlinchey will lead the design and execution of the bank’s Compliance Management, Fraud, and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs. Her responsibilities cover all risk areas of the organization, including wealth, consumer regulatory compliance, BSA/AML, enterprise governance, risk management and driving the strategic direction of the bank’s compliance team.\n\n“Kate is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive industry experience,” said Davis. “Kate’s expertise will ensure that our commitment to regulatory standards remains strong, enabling continued growth.”\n\nMcGlinchey joins WSFS with more than 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance, financial crimes, risk management, first line of defense governance and fraud risk management.
